1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeamGoat ("the Service"), operated by VioletRome ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TeamGoat is a sports team management platform that allows coaches, parents, and players to manage team rosters, schedules, statistics, messaging, and related features through mobile and web applications.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Team subscriptions are priced at $500 per team, per season.
• Each subscription covers one team for the duration of the season.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Promotional codes or discounts may be offered at our discretion.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our privacy practices. We collect and process personal information including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and team-related data to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Data for Minors

TeamGoat may be used to manage teams that include minors. Parents and guardians are responsible for providing consent for their children's information to be stored and managed through the Service. Coaches are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization to manage player information.

8. SMS Notifications & Text Messaging

TeamGoat offers optional SMS text message notifications for team schedule updates, game reminders, and team announcements. By providing your phone number and enabling SMS notifications in the app, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from TeamGoat (operated by VioletRome LLC) sent to the phone number you provided.

• Opt-in: SMS consent is obtained when you add your phone number to your account and enable text notifications in your notification settings.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your team's activity. You may receive multiple messages per week during active seasons.
• Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@getteamgoat.com.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may also manage or disable SMS notifications at any time from within the TeamGoat app settings. Disabling SMS notifications does not affect your email or push notification preferences.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VioletRome and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VioletRome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
